Staying rooted on the ground, this session takes place on the floor in a cozy, comfortable nest. During the session, I use multiple massage techniques as well as breath, sound and voice to support you. 

Any movements, emotions and sounds that come up are welcome. This is your space to feel held, seen and supported.

What to expect:
